4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, kindly return the original product and place a new order.

2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order details.
3. Upon verification, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
• Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipping may incur a restocking fee.
